McDonald's in Michelfeld

Completely annoyed and unfriendly employees on the drive. Can't even say hello when you drive to the counter to pay. I can't help it that they have chosen such a job. I thought the customer is king after all, you leave money there but you are treated impolite.

Fast and pleasant tone. Otherwise this cannot be taken for granted!

I only go there because my son, 17, wants fast food. and I love this ice cream.

The Big Mac has always been better ... only the price is pretty juicy

The woman at the Mcdrive was nice, but there were only 16 in the 20 nuggets box, the cheeseburgers were missing, the glasses and a portion of french fries too. Unfortunately, we didn't check it directly, we only noticed it later. Never before experienced such bad service at McDonalds.

It goes in no time despite the long car parade on the drive and the food is hot, not lukewarm as with many others.

Good next gen McDonalds, food is as usual.

We were pretty disappointed as the fries were cold and not salted ... Cheeseburger, as well as the Hamburger Royal-TS weren't particularly warm either. The glass for the menu was also forgotten ... and finally the fork for my wife's salad🙈.

(MC-Drive) First you are asked about the lens color, but then you are not given any lenses. Inadequate. (3x pink, 1x green)

Very clean, easy to reach, the staff are very nice.

I would give 0 if I could, the employee pours me coffee and the ice cream is half full, never again !!!!!

Absolute disaster! The staff is not at all interested in observing the spacers on the tables. Nobody feels responsible to comply with the corona regulations in the restaurant. The food was cold, the drinks cups only just over half full. The cashier doesn't seem to know the ordering system via app, no German staff who could help you. The table wasn't cleaned. The previous menu's menu was still smeared on the table. Instead of the Fanta we had ordered for my two year old daughter's Happy Metal, we got Coke. Urgent need for improvement in every nook and cranny!

Ordered extra via app, and now paid enough money for it. Therefor a complete, but any desired changes completely ignored, but nicely put the glue on it. Wrapped cookie, but unfortunately the wrong one. Now I have an unhappy woman at home. Thanks for that!

Nice ambience, friendly staff. The burgers here are really made with love, whatever you taste. Rarely have I eaten such a delicious burger. After a cheeseburger you are of course completely full, which is great. All in all very satisfactory and can only be recommended.

Good mc. Citizens and French fries are often still hot, usually all items are available. Paying with card / smartphone was always possible up to now. Staff are friendly and it is seldom forgotten to pack something.

The worst organized McDonalds I know is in Michelfeld! Pretty much EVERY order is missing something! ALWAYS INSPECT, especially when you take something with you! Our last order (2 special menus, 2 Happy Meals) was missing one of 3 burgers, the books / toys from the two Happy Meals and ALL serviettes - especially practical for finger food ToGo with small children! The staff runs rushed around the whole time and seems to be completely overwhelmed. I only order there on the touchscreen, because I can only get on with German at the cash register when I am on vacation and a few students are working there. Twice a year I let myself be persuaded to go to McD. to go, but it is better to avoid Michelfeld.

Fast service, quality of the food was very good. Hygiene regulations implemented properly

What should I say, me as always, but you know the taste and after a while you get hungry again. When it comes to prices, I only visit McDonalds if there are vouchers.

The Schwäbisch Haller Mc Donald's used to be one of my favorite places. Clean and really nice atmosphere ... I was there last time yesterday ... Terrible! Almost deficient in the area

If you are looking for fast food coming in slow motion this is the perfect place for you. Very slow and rude personal including boss. When u trying to give them some constructive critic or suggest them some better solution their boss will usually answer you with: “ if you have any problem choose another place “ I think they crushed the whole concept of McDonalds and changed it into an average kebab place. There is another McDonalds very close to this one, i would recommend you to visit it, much better experience.

Well... McDonalds as we know it... does the job - no more, no less... if i can avoid eating there, i do.... but kids love it... get a bread roll with sausage from local butcher costs you less, tastes better, is more natural/healthy, supports local food industry and you ate not again hungry after 60min due to sugar overload....

It's just an ordinary McDonald's...
